SalesSuite — June 2026
Admin, lead, and agent — all running. Three active developments on the platform. AI chat, intent scoring, automated campaigns. This is what real estate sales looks like when the data closes the loop.
Platform overview
Every development gets three portals — each built for a different user, all connected to the same live database. Every buyer action feeds the agent view in real time.
Lead Portal
A private branded portal for each development. Buyers register once, then explore at their own pace — no PDF attachments, no generic listings. Every page they visit, every room they walk through in VR, becomes a signal your agents can act on.
The buyer's journey
AI Chat — Built In
Upload the project brochure once. The AI is trained on it instantly. Each project has three selectable personas — each with a different voice and priority, all drawing from the same verified knowledge base. Behaviour-aware: the AI knows what the buyer has already seen.
Agent Portal
Every registered buyer has a score. Every action they took is on their timeline. Agents stop working a flat list and start prioritising the leads most likely to close — backed by data, not instinct.
Email Automation
Behaviour triggers write and send personalised emails automatically. Sophie spends 18 minutes in the penthouse VR — the next morning she gets an email that mentions exactly what she looked at. Written by AI, sent without the agent lifting a finger.
Live today
These are not brochure sites or VR tours. Each one is a full SalesSuite deployment — lead portal, agent dashboard, intent scoring, AI chat, automated campaigns. The commercially viable product starts here.
What's next
Commercial model
Not every developer comes with the same assets or the same needs. The platform handles all three scenarios — from a promoter who needs everything to one who just needs the software.
The promoter arrives with a project and a vision. Crealys delivers CGIs, VR tour, floor plans and brochure — then feeds it all into the platform. Subscription runs on top of the production work.
The developer already has CGIs, VR and brochures. They subscribe to SalesSuite for the lead portal, agent dashboard, AI layer and automation — pure platform, no production work.
Large-scale or tailored deployments — multiple sub-projects, villa plots, custom features beyond the standard platform, or a developer group landing page spanning all their projects.
Working together
The platform isn't a proposal — it's running. Three developments live, all three portals complete, AI and automation already in production. What it needs now is distribution. That's what this partnership is.
What you bring
What I bring
The real cost of owning the infrastructure
Owning the infrastructure doesn't mean controlling it — it means paying for it and finding someone who can actually operate it. Here's what that looks like at current market rates.
The structure
Base tier. Covers all infrastructure, AI API costs, platform development, and full technical availability. Montchoisy conversion included at no extra cost during months 1–3. No revenue share.
Growth tier. Same full technical scope — infrastructure, AI costs, development, availability. Fee scales with the business, not with revenue. No revenue share.
Scale tier. Cost per project continues to decrease as the platform carries more. Additional work outside maintenance scope — new features, custom builds, integrations — billed at an agreed day rate on top.
See it live today
Walk through it as a buyer. Register, explore the building, open the VR, talk to the AI. Then look at it again as an agent — and see what the platform saw while you were doing it.
