Platform overview

Three environments, one platform

Every development gets three portals — each built for a different user, all connected to the same live database. Every buyer action feeds the agent view in real time.

Live
Used by — Crealys / Developer
Admin Portal
admin.crealysdigital.com
Where projects are configured and managed. Upload all assets, place hotspots, manage VR tours, create agent accounts. Every change goes live instantly. Automated subdomain + DNS provisioned on project create.
Live
Used by — Buyers / Leads
Lead Portal
[project].crealysdigital.com
The buyer-facing experience. Register once, explore via building map, VR tour, floor plans, gallery and AI chat. Every interaction is tracked and surfaces in the agent portal in real time.
Live
Used by — Sales Team
Agent Portal
app.crealysdigital.com
The sales team's command centre. Lead list with live intent scores, activity timelines, alert inbox, AI assistant, and automated email campaigns. Built to replace spreadsheets and generic CRMs entirely.

Lead Portal

The buyer
experience

A private branded portal for each development. Buyers register once, then explore at their own pace — no PDF attachments, no generic listings. Every page they visit, every room they walk through in VR, becomes a signal your agents can act on.

AI Chat — Built In

Three personas.
One knowledge base.

Upload the project brochure once. The AI is trained on it instantly. Each project has three selectable personas — each with a different voice and priority, all drawing from the same verified knowledge base. Behaviour-aware: the AI knows what the buyer has already seen.

Sofie — Central Park
● Online now
Lifestyle
I can see you've spent time in the penthouse VR and shortlisted Unit PH-1. Want me to walk you through what makes it different from the 3BR?
Yes — mainly the outdoor space and the view.
PH-1 has a 62m² private terrace — the only outdoor space in the building with a direct north-east view. It's the last penthouse available. Want me to open the floor plan?
Alex
Investment Focus
Speaks to buyers evaluating ROI, rental yield, capital appreciation, and long-term holding. Confident, data-led, focused on numbers and market position.
Sofie
Lifestyle Focus
Speaks to buyers who want to feel what living there is like — light, outdoor space, neighbourhood, amenities. Warm, descriptive, experience-driven.
Aria
Neutral / General
The balanced default. Answers questions about specs, availability, process, and timing without pushing a particular narrative. Direct and helpful.

Agent Portal

Know your leads
before you call

Every registered buyer has a score. Every action they took is on their timeline. Agents stop working a flat list and start prioritising the leads most likely to close — backed by data, not instinct.

Intent Scoring
A score for every lead
Composite 0–100 score drawn from VR session time, floor plan views, hotspot clicks, unit revisits, shortlist additions, and session count. Updated live as the buyer interacts. Agents see a ranked list, not a flat one.
Activity Timeline
What each lead actually did
Per-lead chronological log: pages visited, time spent in VR per room, units tapped, gallery viewed, floor plans opened, brochure downloaded, shortlist changes. Every return visit is a new event on the timeline.
Alert Inbox
High-intent signals, instantly
Agents are alerted when: a lead's score crosses a threshold, a lead returns to the portal, a lead revisits a specific unit. Alert badges appear on lead rows. Configurable thresholds per project.
Lead Profile
Notes, status, full history
Per-lead contact card with registration date, country, phone, notes log, status (active / reserved / unqualified), and the full activity timeline. Shortlisted units visible at a glance. Referral source tracked.
AI Assistant
Instant lead intelligence
"Which leads are most likely to close this week?" "Summarise what Lena has been looking at." "Which unit type is getting the most interest?" Answers drawn from live behavioural data across all leads.
Unit Management
Inventory from the agent side
Agents can mark units Reserved or Sold directly without needing admin access. Status updates live across the lead portal — no lag, no manual sync. Agent-assigned referral links tracked to source.

Email Automation

The right email.
Without asking.

Behaviour triggers write and send personalised emails automatically. Sophie spends 18 minutes in the penthouse VR — the next morning she gets an email that mentions exactly what she looked at. Written by AI, sent without the agent lifting a finger.

Behaviour triggers
Return visit, score threshold crossed, unit revisit, high VR session — each one can fire a campaign automatically or queue it for agent approval.
AI-written, lead-specific
The email body is generated by Claude, referencing the lead's actual session — which units they viewed, how long they spent in VR, what they shortlisted. Not a template. Not a mail-merge.
Manual campaigns too
"Send the penthouse package to all leads who shortlisted a 3BR." Agents can trigger a campaign to a filtered list with one click. AI drafts the body; agent approves before send.
Automated campaign — Return visit trigger
Trigger
Lead returns to portal
Sophie M. revisits the portal 4 days after registration. Score: 94. Trigger: return visit + unit revisit.
AI Draft
Claude writes a personalised email
Drawing from her timeline: PH-1 shortlisted, 18min penthouse VR, two unit revisits.
Sent
Delivered next morning at 9am
Agent was notified. Email sent automatically. Logged on Sophie's timeline.

What's next

The next chapter

Now in development
Confirmed at the June 22 demo. These are in progress or scoped and ready to build.
1
Lead arbitrage / agent-of-record
"Do you have an agent?" prompt on registration. Transfer flow with reason + audit trail. Prevents commission disputes before they start.
2
Agent CSV lead import
Agents upload their existing contact lists. Column mapping, deduplication check, source tagging. Their leads come into the platform, not vice versa.
3
In-platform email history
Every email sent to a lead — manual or automated — logged on their profile timeline. Subject, date, open status.
4
Unqualified status + country blocklist
Mark leads as unqualified. Country-based auto-disqualification on registration. Keeps the pipeline clean without manual filtering.
5
Agent dashboard UI refresh
Cleaner layout, modern metric cards, clearer hierarchy. The data is already there — this surfaces it better.
On the horizon
Prioritised ideas for the next phase of growth — each one adds a meaningful new capability.
Sales Pipeline
Unit reservation linked to lead
Agent marks a unit Reserved and assigns it to a specific lead. The platform becomes the system of record for the full sales pipeline.
Mauritius Market
WhatsApp notifications
High-intent alert, return visit, unit revisit — delivered to the agent on WhatsApp via Twilio. Table stakes for the local market.
Revenue Protection
Payment gating + dunning
If a client misses a payment, the platform handles it automatically — reminders, then read-only restriction, then full lockout. Access restores the moment payment is confirmed. No manual chasing. MCB payment gateway (Mastercard) integration planned for local card payment confirmation.
Developer Groups
Multi-project landing page
A branded landing page aggregating all live projects for a single developer. Natural upsell for multi-project clients.
VR Intelligence
VR node heatmaps
Time spent per room, most-visited nodes, entry/exit paths. Developers see which rooms drive interest — and which don't.
Lead Portal
Scheduler + mortgage calculator
Book a viewing directly from the portal. Embedded financing calculator shows monthly repayments based on unit price.
Multi-currency
MUR / EUR / USD toggle
Lead sets their preferred currency. Prices convert automatically. Base currency stays fixed in the admin and agent views.
Construction
Progress module
Milestone timeline with photos. Progress bar in the lead portal. Optional email notification on milestone completion.

Commercial model

Three ways to work
with the platform

Not every developer comes with the same assets or the same needs. The platform handles all three scenarios — from a promoter who needs everything to one who just needs the software.

Full Service
35,000 MUR / mo

Crealys produces everything

The promoter arrives with a project and a vision. Crealys delivers CGIs, VR tour, floor plans and brochure — then feeds it all into the platform. Subscription runs on top of the production work.

  • CGI renders + VR production by Crealys
  • Brochures, floor plans, copy
  • Full platform onboarding + setup
  • Ongoing subscription included
+ Creative production billed per project
Platform Only
45,000 MUR / mo

Client brings their own assets

The developer already has CGIs, VR and brochures. They subscribe to SalesSuite for the lead portal, agent dashboard, AI layer and automation — pure platform, no production work.

  • Guided onboarding + asset upload
  • All 3 portals live within days
  • AI chat on their brochure from day one
  • Full automation + alert system
Most scalable — minimal Crealys time per client
Bespoke
Quoted per project

Complex multi-project builds

Large-scale or tailored deployments — multiple sub-projects, villa plots, custom features beyond the standard platform, or a developer group landing page spanning all their projects.

  • Multi-project architecture
  • Custom features + extended scope
  • Developer group branding
  • Platform subscription included post-launch
High value, high impact

Working together

Built.
Ready to scale.

The platform isn't a proposal — it's running. Three developments live, all three portals complete, AI and automation already in production. What it needs now is distribution. That's what this partnership is.

What you bring

  • Existing developer relationships
Real estate promoters in Mauritius who already trust Crealys for CGIs, brochures and marketing. The platform has a natural first market — your clients.
  • Market knowledge
How developers buy, what agents need, what the Mauritius market expects. That knowledge shapes every product decision. It's already in the platform — you've been part of it.
  • Sales and business development
Closing deals with developers requires face-time and trust. That's your table. I build the product; you build the pipeline.
  • Crealys as the vehicle
A business with brand equity, an existing client portfolio, and an operational track record. SalesSuite sits inside something real — not a startup with nothing behind it.

What I bring

  • The platform — already built
Admin, lead portal, agent portal, AI chat, intent scoring, automated campaigns, alerts, VR integration. All of it live and running. The hard part is behind us.
  • Full technical ownership
Architecture, deployment, security, performance, new features. No external dev needed. No key-person dependency beyond me — and I'm not going anywhere.
  • Continuous product development
The platform gets better every week. The roadmap is scoped, prioritised, and in motion. Each new feature closes a gap or opens a new revenue opportunity for Crealys.
  • Infrastructure + AI costs covered
Hosting, CDN, database, Claude API tokens — I absorb it all. Server costs have risen significantly in 2026 driven by AI hardware demand — Hetzner raised prices up to 2.5x in April and June 2026 alone. Equivalent infrastructure at current market rates runs €200–500+/month before API costs. That stays my responsibility as the platform grows.

The real cost of owning the infrastructure

Owning the infrastructure doesn't mean controlling it — it means paying for it and finding someone who can actually operate it. Here's what that looks like at current market rates.
